An inscription engraved along the left side of the ship dates to the late 5th century BC and identifies the object as a dedication to Athena, bearing the words HOLY OF ATHENS.
This lamp represented the naval strength of Athens and their protector of the city, Athena.
Dimensions:
Length: 11.6 inches
Weight: 1.1 lb
Material : Hard Plaster
The plaster used is a 100% natural non-toxic greek product and a material without any chemical additives.
