Return Policy

Cancel an Order:

To cancel an order and receive a refund, the customer needs to email crystalmoonclarity@gmail.com with their order # within 24 hours after the order was placed. After 24 hours, the order cannot be canceled, refund will be forfeited and we do not give store credit.

Remove and Add Item in your Order:

Due to Styx and Bones being a small business, we cannot remove and/or add items at this time from orders that are already placed - even if they have not shipped.

Refunds and Returns:

If you need to cancel your order, you can do so within 24-hours of your purchase for a full refund on the original payment method. If orders are not cancelled within 24 hours - a refund will be forfeited. We do not give out store credit

Due to the custom nature of the orders, we do not accept returns.

Refunds will only be given for damaged or missing items on a case by case basis. For a refund to be processed, please email crystalmoonclarity@gmail.com with your order # and a description of the damaged product, photos of the damaged product, and your USPS open claim. This must be done within 5 days of marked delivery. Customers are responsible for opening a USPS claim if a product arrives damaged and/or missing. If all of the criteria above is not met - Styx and Bones will not be able to process a refund.

We do not refund or reship missing or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier, you will need to file a missing mail claim with the mail carrier.

Reshipping:

If, for whatever reason, your package is returned to Styx and Bones, we will reach out to the customer. The customer is responsible for paying the new shipping cost. If the customer does not respond or refuses reshipment, the customer forfeits their package and will not be refunded or recieve store credit.

Wrong Address:

If you entered the wrong address, please let us know ASAP. If the order has already shipped, the customer is responsible for the reshipping cost. To update the shipping address, please fill out a form or email crystalmoonclarity@gmail.com.

Lost or Delayed Package:

Styx and Bones does its best to ensure every order reaches its customer. In the event that an order or package is lost or delayed, we recommend reaching out to your local USPS with your tracking number for further information. As soon as the package or order leaves Styx and Bones, we are not responsible for it and refunds will not be given.

International Orders:

We ship internationally! Please keep in mind it may take the package 14 business days to reach its final destination. We recommend checking in with the tracking number or staying in touch with your local postal service. Styx and Bones is not responsible for VAT tax or customs charges that the customer may be charged.
